This Privacy Policy covers how we collect, use and share information we collect about you when you use our services, or otherwise interact with Posts.com. If you do not agree with this policy, do not access or use our Services.

Use of Web Analytic and customer support Services

The following web analytic services are used to improve the user experience of our Website.

We use Google Analytics, a service for the marketing analysis of this website, of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses codes consisting of text and numbers, which will be stored on your computer and which allow for an analysis of the use of the Sites ("Cookies"). We use Mixpanel, an advanced analytics service provided by Mixpanel, Inc. ("Mixpanel") that helps us improve our Sites and Services by tracking how users interact and engage with them. We use Zendesk, a third party customer support service provided by Zendesk, Inc. ("Zendesk") to communicate with you and respond to your requests. Zendesk analyzes your use of our Sites and/or Services and our relationship with you, so that we can improve our Services. How we store and secure information we collect

We’re committed to protecting your personal data and have implemented reasonable technical measures to prevent unauthorized access to our servers, and to safeguard data. We have implemented such technology and security features ourselves or purchased them from specialised third parties, and we maintain strict internal guidelines to safeguard the privacy of your personal information from unauthorised access or improper use. Backups are run to prevent loss of information, and we will continue to enhance security as new technology becomes available. We encrypt our services and payment process using secure sockets layer (SSL) and/or transport layer security (TLS). Access to your account requires password verification. Deletion

For example, you can access and update your name and email address, as well as payment information, through your account settings. You can remove your personal data from Posts.com by deleting your account.

Object to our continued processing of your personal information. You can ask us to stop accessing, storing, using and otherwise processing your information, including when we use your personal data to send you marketing emails. You can opt out of our use of your information for marketing purposes at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link found within our emails, through your account settings, or by contacting us as provided below to have your contact information removed from our marketing email list. Even after you opt out from receiving marketing messages from us, you will continue to receive transactional messages from us regarding our Services.
